This morning we went to the Temple of The Heavy Buddha which houses a bronze Buddha image which is several tonnes. The monks were really friendly there and they were reading magazines inside.
In the afternoon we went to the Lao National Museum which is in the former French Governor's mansion. There were many displays related to the French colonialists and the American imperialists. Tonight we are taking the overnight bus to Pakse.
